The Nintendo Wii Fit is a revolutionary way to get into shape. In includes a balance board which you use as a controller to participate in a wide variety of games - strength building, yoga, balance and aerobic. The Wii Fit system will keep track of your health and your goals as you enjoy the fun.
My favorites are hula and skiing. The yoga poses are quite challenging!
