The Blackbird Fly camera is a "twin lens reflex" (TLR) that uses standard 35mm film. One lens is used for capturing the image and the other is used for the viewfinder that you look down into while holding the camera at waist level.
In my experience using a viewfinder that gives your subject the impression that you are not looking at them can radically alter the kind of expressions that you can capture.
The Blackbird Fly is in the spirit of the Lomo, Holga and Diana type cameras. Defiantly cool!
You can learn more about this camera at the Blackbird, Fly site.
And here are lot of sample images on the Blackbird, Fly Flickr group.
